About the role
Every child learns differently. As an SEN Tutor you will get to know each pupil well, adapt how you teach to suit them, and create a calm, predictable space where they feel safe to try, working closely with parents so that support at Iqra fits with life at home and school.
Key responsibilities
- Adapt sessions, resources and pace to each pupil’s needs
- Work closely with parents to understand each child’s goals
- Create a calm, supportive and predictable learning environment
- Record progress and share feedback sensitively

Experience
- Experience supporting children with special educational needs
